Vulnerability means that an ideal friend is a person who accept not only your strong suit, but also your weaknesses. In addition, he is really interested in your problems, profundities of your feelings and he do care about the solution of it. An ideal friend knows that you are fragile and he never let you give up. A commonly held misconception is that the best friends are people we spend a lot of time with. You and your friend can be separated by a great distance, but it will not change anything.

It was a bit inconvenient for me to read your work because of the colour scheme of your blog. Yes, we discussed it before but your other posts were ok from this point of view.
I did not understand what (181) stands for. As far as I can guess this is some reference probably from the article you have summarised. Is this so? If yes, you had to add full reference in the end of your work.
