Fashion and style is one of the most important part of aesthetics. But are fashion and style the equivalent terms? Can fashion exist without style, or vice versa? Let's consider these both phenomena and try to find some responses to our questions.
In my personal opinion, these two terms should be separated in human consciousness because it is a matter of temporary and permanent things. In this case, fashion is a temporary phenomena and, in contrast, style is permanent. Fashion is dictated by a range of views which are formed by the experience of the previous decades and centuries. It's worth noticing that fashion is also about transience and instability. Modern fashion is getting more and more vivid, chaotic. Modern fashion focuses on a consumer. But is it possible that a part of art focuses on anything but aesthetics? No, it is not because it is a matter of marketing and trade in this case. Conversely, the phenomena of style is in vogue for good. For instance, we can remind a legendary Chanel dress. The concept of the black little dress is relevant to the present day. As for me, I have a notion real fashion and style are immortal. Style is a reflection of thoughts, ideas and soul.Style is not necessary about expensive outfits, it's all about the ability of noticing details.
Summarizing, it should be mentioned that style is impossible to buy. Stylish person has his own unique vision of beauty, ideas which are created by creative thinking. People, who are able to thing outside the box, save this planet from tackty.
